We are only a few days away from seeing four of the most popular South Korean acts of our generation for the biggest Hallyu concert of the year through BEST OF BEST in the Philippines. The question is, ARE YOU READY?

See you on Sunday!
See you on Sunday!

Fans can expect three to four hours of non-stop Korean popular music sung by 13-member boy group, Super Junior, Korea’s national girl group, Girls’ Generation, boy group Born to Beat (BTOB) and rookie girl group Red Velvet as they take on the Philippine Arena on April 12, 2015.

Tickets were already available as early as March 6, 2015. Fans invaded and actually made the servers of SM Tickets and Ticketworld, down for a while. Some fans opted to buy tickets through the ticketing outlets found inside malls.

Prices are reasonable and made affordable for the fans. For PhP 9,500 (sans the booking fee), you get to see the artists up close. Shuttle service is also offered. See SM Tickets and Ticketworld for more information on ticket and shuttle service prices.

No tickets yet? Don’t worry because there are lots of contests and promos that giveaway passes to the event. Recently, a buy 1 take 1 promo was made available in an event. So, there will be more chances of getting your tickets at a more discounted price. See BOBPH’s official website for more information on their contests and promos.

What I like in this concert is that, it is happening at the biggest arena in the Philippines. Kind of hesitant on the fact that it is in Bulacan, not in Manila – which is the capital, but upon hearing the shuttle service to and fro the venue, I immediately decided to attend the concert.

BOBPH is happening at the Philippine Arena – Ciudad de Victoria, Santa Maria, Bulacan. If you decided not to avail the shuttle service because you just don’t feel like it, here are the directions going to the venue.

Directions to Philippine Arena:

If you’re coming from the south, take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and enter Ciudad de Victoria gate along NLEX.  That’s between Marilao and Bocaue exits.

If you’re coming from the north, take NLEX and exit at Meycauayan or Smart Connect exits, then make a U-turn back to the North-bound lane of NLEX.  Enter Ciudad de Victoria gate along NLEX. Again, that’s between Marilao and Bocaue exits.

Directions going back to Manila:

Going back from the venue to your place of origin, if you are going down south, you may leave from Ciudad de Victoria gate along NLEX and take the exit at Balagtas. Make a U-turn back to the South-bound lane of NLEX.

If you are going north, you may leave though the Ciudad de Victoria gate along NLEX and exit to your desired destination.

I am more than excited and ready to scream my lungs out at the Best of Best in the Philippines! I even added Pei Pa Koa and a drink with Korean Ginseng to my shopping list for post-concert sickness. The only thing that bothers me now is… What should I wear? TT___TT
