2021 Korean Film Festival Quenches Our K-Movie Thirst This Summer

Admit it. Like the majority of us, you also miss hanging out at the mall and being able to watch movies on the big screen with your friends and family, with popcorn and sodas—and sometimes even your favorite chips only sold in the supermarket or your favorite drink from that famous coffee shop which you secretly brought inside movie theaters (don’t worry, our lips are sealed)—on the side. The comfortable plush chairs and the relaxing ambience of the movie house which sometimes could lull your parents (or you) to doze off. Seems like a long time ago, doesn’t it? With the rising heat index and the continuous threat of the coronavirus, everyone is still encouraged to stay indoors and refrain from doing non-essential activities outside and traveling. To quench our thirst for quality movies, Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC PH) once again hosted this year's Korean Film Festival online.
